Michael K. Fleming , a former Sony Pictures Entertainment executive, was appointed Chairman and interim CEO in May, 2008. An interactive games pioneer, he has served as a Director of NTN Buzztime since November 2001. Mr. Fleming is the recent Chairman and co-founder of Contendo Vici, a fantasy sports game development and production company. As founder and former Chief Executive of Game Show Network (GSN), Mr. Fleming was responsible for developing and launching the first 24/7 cable and satellite television network offering live interactive games and featuring massive real-time game play. Mr. Fleming has also held senior executive positions at Playboy Entertainment Group, ESPN, Turner Broadcasting and Warner Amex Satellite Entertainment Company. Inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers in 1998, Mr. Fleming has served as a board director and advisor to numerous private and public companies.

Kendra Berger was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Secretary in August 2006. Ms. Berger served on the Company’s Board of Directors and as Chairperson of the Audit Committee from July 2005 until August 2006. Most recently she was the Executive Director of Finance and Controller of Nventa Biopharmaceuticals Corporation, and formerly was the Vice President, Finance and Controller of Discovery Partners International, Inc., both publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Discovery Partners in 2001, Ms. Berger was the CFO of NTN Buzztime. She is a licensed CPA.

Jake Tauber was appointed the Company’s Executive Vice President of Content and Marketing in September 2007. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Tauber operated a consulting practice specializing in entertainment content development, television production, organizational development, marketing and promotion for international and domestic networks and broadcasters. Prior to consulting, Mr. Tauber served as Executive Vice President of the Game Show Network, a cable network channel. He also served as a development executive at 20th Century Fox and NBC. His experience includes the creation and production of numerous game, talk and reality television shows and pilots for ESPN, Disney, Nickelodeon, NBC and CBS.
