Account Executive- Tampa, FL

We are seeking an energetic individual to join our account management team as an Account Executive based out of Tampa, Florida. This role will be responsible for managing a customer base, maintaining customer retention and providing marketing and promotional support to Buzztime customers.
Specifically the Account Executive will be responsible to:

Continually evaluate the success of assigned locations and tailor individual and regional promotions to suit the sites specific needs.

Provide customers with the marketing tools and promotions to achieve positive return on the Buzztime system.

Sell in new products/systems to current customer base.

Proactively work to prevent termination requests and identify sites at risk and take proactive measures to insure site retention

Create and oversee execution of regional and/or customer specific marketing programs and promotions

Handle escalated customer service issues to insure customer satisfaction

Work closely with other members of the marketing team to provide customer feedback and recommendations from customers

Create and execute promotional events in regional markets.

Act as the customer expert to provide guidance with developing customer loyalty initiatives

Provide reporting and analysis of regional marketing campaigns

Travel up to 80% within the assigned territory, work occasional evenings and weekends.
The Bottom Line: The Account Executive will directly support approximately 250 locations. This position will create and maintain a strong customer relationship with all locations in their assigned area. Providing ongoing training and marketing support with an emphasis on customer retention.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have an Associates degree or equivalent related job experience. Minimum of 2 years experience interacting with customers (preferably B2B customers) in a service or marketing capacity is required. Hospitality industry experience is a strong plus. Candidate should have experience with a large customer base, and have strong, negotiation and time management skills. Sales experience is a plus. Must also have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
We are looking for candidates of are strategic thinkers and problem solvers. They should be able to effectively manage accounts from a home office, and have reliable and insured transportation to visit customers on-site. Candidates should be able to multitask and be good public speakers. Additionally, they should be strategic thinkers and problem solvers, and have excellent communication skills.
