We are seeking an energetic person to join our Call Center as a Technical Support Representative. This position will serve as the company’s primary point of contact for customers, service providers, and NTN field staff. This position assists customers, field marketing and independent representatives, and service subcontractors to obtain needed materials and/or information. Provide support for all deployed platforms as it relates to the following areas:
THE BOTTOM LINE We are looking for candidates who have a High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in a high volume call center environment, both in-bound and out-bound, is a requirement. Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal communication skills, advanced problem solving and analytical skills as well. The following technical skills are required:
