Troubleshooting

Can’t log in? Check out these simple tips:

• Choose “I am already a member” on the Playmaker option screen
• Choose your log-in option
  • If you choose option #1 username/password, you will enter your unique username and password that you (a) registered with on the forums or (b) set up as a recent new member on the Playmaker. Username is not case sensitive, but password is.
  • If you choose option #2 PIN/Handle, you are using the traditional log-in option that was available to players prior to July 8, 2009. Simply scroll down and enter your 4-digit PIN if you are at your homesite or your 7-digit PIN if you are at any other Buzztime location and then your handle. (Note that “Display Name” and “Handle” are the same thing.)
