Q: What is a Player Reward Card?
A: A Player Reward card is a fun and easy way for you to earn extra PlayersPlus points and win great prizes! All you have to do is go out and play the games listed on your card, and as you complete games they will be marked off of your card. Once you complete a card you will earn PlayersPlus points and will be entered into a drawing to win great prizes! This is how we generally break down prizing, card difficulty and points:

Q: Do I have to be a PlayersPlus member to participate?
A: Yes, you must be a registered PlayersPlus member to participate in the Player Reward program. Please make sure your information is up-to-date and that you have a valid email entered so we can notify you if you are a winner! If you need to review or update your information, go to Edit My Info to modify your account.
Q: How do I move onto the next Card?
A: To move on to the next card, you simply need to complete the games listed on that card. Just go to your local restaurant or bar, log in, and play! Cards will be updated automatically.
Q: How long does it take for my card to be updated?
A: Your card will be updated within 24 hours of playing the designated games. If it has been longer than this, your site may have a connectivity issue. Once that is resolved, cards should update automatically.
Q: What do I have to do to get credit for games played on my card?
A: All you have to do to get credit for a game played is to make sure you're a registered PlayersPlus member, and log in before playing your game! Your card will be automatically updated for you. Note: You must actually play the game to get credit. Simply logging in will not mark cards off your list.
Q: Do games on future cards get marked off when I play?
A: No. A game will only be marked off on your current card. Once you finish a card you may move on to the next.
Q: How many cards are there per round?
A: Generally, each round has 16 cards that get increasingly more difficult as you move to the next card. Some times we will hold shorter Player Reward Card promotions where there will be fewer cards.
Q: What if I can't make it to one of the games listed on my card?
A: We know that players may not be able to make it to every game, so we've come up with a pass system. A pass allows you to mark off a game without actually playing it. Each player getspasses that they can use on any of their cards, for any of their games. You must play at least one game per promotional period before you can use your passes.

Q: My card didn't update. Can you update my card or give me extra passes?
A: No. Unfortunately we are not able to update individual players cards or issue extra passes due to site connectivity issues and other problems. Buzztime has doubled the amount of passes in recent months to take these kinds of problems into account so that you may have passes to usein these situations.
Q: How many Passes do I get per round?
A: The number of passes varies depending on how long the promotional period is and how many cards there are for that specific promotion. Visit your profile page and click on your Player Reward Card to see how many cards and passes you have for that promotion.
Q: Why don't I see the pass button when I start a new round?
A: You must complete at least one game per round before you are able to see and use a pass. The pass button will not show up until you have completed a game on the first card.
Q: How long does a round last?
A: Generally we will hold 4 rounds per year, broken up by quarters or seasons. Rounds will usually be broken out as follows:
Winter: January - March
Spring: April - June
Summer: July - September
Fall: October - December

Q: How can I see all of the cards from this round?
A: When you are on the Player Reward tab on your Profile Page you will see a link toward the upper right of the tab that says "View all my Cards". Click this and you will have a list of all cards for that round with a history of what you've completed. Clicking on a card in the list will show you a detail of that card. You can also use the drop down box in the Player Reward tab to view a detail of each card.
Q: What do I get for completing a card?
A: Each time you complete a card you will be awarded PlayersPlus points as well as be entered into a drawing to win great prizes! The harder the card, the more PlayersPlus points you will earn for its completion. Similarly, the harder the card, the better the prize you are eligible for! Q: How do I qualify for the drawing?
A: In order to qualify for the Player Reward drawing you must complete a card, be a registered PlayersPlus member, and have up-to-date information listed in your PlayersPlus profile. It is especially important to make sure you have a working email address listed, and that buzztime.com is added to your spam filter so that we can notify you if you win. You can edit your info by going to Edit My Info and also Edit Profile in the User CP. We are not responsible for incorrect contact info or bounced notifications.
