We are seeking an energetic trailblazer to join our Leadership Team as the Vice President of Content Development and Production.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and launch new, applause-inspiring Buzztime games and content
• Wrangle both the in-house content team and third-party suppliers (freelancers, etc.)
• Roll up your sleeves on the strategic planning for content launches and development
• Keep the creative pipeline free of clogs - manage all key milestones and deadlines
• Work hand-in-hand with the software team to ensure a streamlined implementation
• Wear the boss pants, taking on all production requirements, deadlines and processes

The Bottom Line: This position is in charge of creating casual, social and interactive content that fits with the Buzztime brand. Content, that when unleashed in our locations nationwide, ignites quick thinking and inspires spontaneous laughter. You will not work solo, but in tandem with the Marketing Research and Analysis group to assess gaming trends, weigh your genius ideas against public demand, then launch sure-fire Buzztime hit games and content.

Education/Training and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent knowledge/know-how
• Minimum, 5 years hands-on content development experience
• Previous work in entertainment, technology or gaming required
• Must be able to develop and manage projects from concept to completion
• Familiarity with video games and pop culture a huge plus
• Must possess both technical savvy and strong interpersonal skills
• Be good at communicating and able to express your ideas in writing
• Strong understanding of design concepts, tools and production methods
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
